Stephanie Kennedy qualified as a solicitor in 2016 following completion of an Undergraduate Law Degree at University of Ulster and Professional Studies at Queens Institute of Professional Legal Studies. Stephanie joined the Inquiry in December 2022 and before that worked in Private Practice specialising in Family, Matrimonial and Domestic proceedings with particular expertise in Children Order and Adoption.
Rachel Rogan qualified as a Solicitor in 2020 following completion of an Undergraduate Law Degree at University of Ulster and a Professional Studies Diploma at Queens University Institute of Professional Legal Studies. Before joining the Inquiry’s team of Solicitors in October 2022, Rachel worked in Private Practice specialising in Family, Matrimonial and Domestic proceedings with a particular interest in Children’s Order public law matters such as defending care orders and freeing for adoption applications.
Orla Henderson graduated with a degree in Law from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2014 and then attended the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queens’ University Belfast and obtained her postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Studies with Distinction, in June 2019. Orla completed her training in a busy solicitor’s firm in Bangor (McQueenie Boyle Solicitors). Upon qualification in September 2019 she joined a local Belfast firm (Higgins Hollywood Deazley Solicitors), specialising in Family and Matrimonial Law until joining the Inquiry in February 2022.
